Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between Standard and Deluxe?

It’s all about the base! The Standard base has two feet that swivel out to stand up. The Deluxe base is heavier, wider, and solid (chrome finished) without feet, giving it a more premium look and better stability.

Does the banner curl at the edges?

We use high-quality PVC designed to resist curling. However, to keep it perfect, always ensure you roll it back into the base evenly and don't leave it in a hot car for days.

How do I set it up?

It's easy! 1. Place the base on the floor. 2. Assemble the pole and insert it into the base. 3. Pull the banner up and hook it onto the top of the pole. Done.

Can I change the print later?

Technically, yes, but pull-up banner stands are spring-loaded and can be tricky to re-skin without damaging the mechanism. We usually recommend buying a new unit for the best result, but give us a shout if you need a re-skin!
