• We ship nationwide within South Africa. Shipping times may vary based on location.

• Orders are typically processed within 4-7 business days from receipt of artwork approval.

• We cannot be responsible for any delays of deliveries due to inaccurate shipping information.

4. Returns and Refunds

• Due to the nature of the customised product, returns are not accepted on printed artwork. By sending us your approval of the proof during the ordering process, you are agreeing to accept the product.

• In the case where there are print defects, the print artwork will be replaced at our cost.

• Any defective products will be prioritised and replaced as soon as production allows.

5. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to disrupt its operation or compromise its security.

• You must not attempt to copy, reproduce, or resell our content or products without written permission.

6. Privacy
